Ted Sayer, General Manager
Ted began his EMS career in 1983 and joined AMR in 1993. Throughout his career, Ted has consistently exhibited outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills. His genuine care and concern for his employees and patients helped his operation to win National Operation of the Year honors from NAEMT (the National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians). He was also selected as the Colorado EMS Administrator of the year in 2006. Ted holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Health Science from Ottawa University.

Adam Migliaccio, Operation/Communications Manager
With more than 25 years of EMS experience, Adam is responsible for daily activities involving the COS Operation.  Adam has an unwavering commitment to quality. His daily duties involve overseeing the Ops/Comm Supervisors and in the hiring and training of field and dispatch employees. He started in EMS with the Ivywild/Cheyenne-Cañon Volunteer Fire Department in 1979. He began with A-1 Paramedics in 1980 as an EMT and attained his paramedic license in 1983. He earned his Information Technology degree at Colorado Technical University.
